    Hi sir,
    I am an non farmer gujarat citizen but still i have agricultural land got from my grandfather.
    My question is can i sell this land directly to other gujarat farmers without any problem or i have to transfer the land ownership to my farmer relatives or friends to sell this land…

      Hey, I am from Orai.
      I do have agricultural land near Konch City. Current price is around 15-20 lac per acre.

      It's for experienced person only. You'd need some good contacts. If you don't know anything, you don't have contacts and just in case you couldn't sell it on time you'd be needing a back up plan or at least have that amount in your reach. Yes it's not for everyone unless you know how to do it.

    Point no 1 yek to aapke pas 60 lac hone chahiye aur point no 2 aapka loan bhi to pass hona chahiye sir aur ye sab it itna aasan nahi hai jitna lag raha hai

Title kam paise me agriculture land kaise kharide isliye hai ki 3cr ki jagah 60Lakh me power of leverage se aap kaise owner bankar sell kar sakte ho..2nd apko agriculture land lene ke liye loan nhi milta..aap 99% tabhi lete ho jab apke pass ya to payment ka arrangement ho ya aap sirf agreement karke land ko resale karna chhate ho ya apke pass already clients ho aap sirf profit ratio increase karne ke liye agreement karte ho..!!

      @@mra2878 villages mey broker kaha hote hai .. I am looking last 2 years farm for my 2 dogs so they can run. Kia rent usually hota hai farm ka one year ka lease ya 5 years ki . Mai apne innocent dogs kay liye dhund rhi hu ..
