+ewells87 just so ignorant!! Blackfoot people are still here, our original name is Niitstiitapii!! meaning the real people. Blackfoot is the name that white people gave us when they came here because the bottoms of our moccasines where black from the soot from a fire. Do a little research before you say stupid stuff

ewells87 Christopher Columbus and Amerigo Vespucci both wrote that the Native Americans looked like the people of Ethiopia which were from light brown to dark brown in skin tone and they dressed similar to Africans. Black means Black and doesan't have a thing to do with shoes because they were barefooted in Eu-rope-ans came to Amexem AKA America.

manwize-of-Kemet fuck you are dumb and ignorant no wonder black people hate the N-word since it reminds you people on how ignorant you really are....and dumb as fuck...if what you say was really true....where are these so called Black Native tribes in Canada? Go on point one out......plus Columbus didn't came here first...it was the vikings 500 years before Columbus...... Again this shows how little you really know about North America...you blacks know as much what white slave master knew.....

manwize-of-Kemet Navajo go by Dine which means "the people" just like Dene which also means "The People" wanna know how? I bet you can't figure out why.....remember Dine are in America and Dene are in Canada.....we are proof that Blacks and Whites are not from around here.....

Impostors. Real Natives wear in America 50,000 years before these guys. My family has real Blackfoot Indians. They even had displays of brown skin Indian statues of the Blackfoot, Cherokee, Yamasee, and so many more in museums in the 70s, and they just change those statues to pale face people in the 90's.

manwize-of-Kemet that's true but the modern natives are people too, the skin tone issue isn't their fault... the white man did this to divide us and keep us from uniting, they know if we unite we will know the truth and will be free to do what we need to be free of their rule.. what you can do is go to the nearest movements for native people and tell them (kindly) how black people are native too, BlackNatives in fact and that we need to be open to learning about our identity /culture that has been taken away from us back in the day and it's time to reclaim our stolen identities. we need to not care about how people think blacks are just blacks and start showing facts about the history the Europeans tried to hide from all of us,blacks,BlackNatives and modern day natives. we need to also get into our culture, learn what happened in the past present and what needs to happen in the future... also get involved... don't stop sharing information, its 2017 ..we have the power to connect people online etc..
