My son and I (Atlanta) loved Asilah. There is a major art school there. I have some beautiful pieces on my walls. The best thing about that area is the vibe and the sunsets (and maybe the seafood!).
I hope to return someday....Inshallah

You should visit Tangier, you’re like 40 minutes away. You should walk in Markala beach at night or during sunset 🌅. You’ll like it
I’ve been in Asilah last two years! I like it but was super crowded “summer”. This is the perfect time to go there
We have Family in Asilah. I love the place and the murals a great. It just needs to made more tidy.

How’s this town so quiet? It has all the makings of a very touristic place. I should put it on my itinerary for my next visit so I can enjoy the calm there while it lasts.
Less money in the little towns for equipment for kids.
Quiet little town out of season.
In 6 weeks for Aid it will be full of Moroccan people visiting family.
