Cross stitch design books would work great for this craft as well. You would use it the exact same way as with the book you are using. Thanks for sharing this tutorial. Have a great day.❤
I love the little fox! I’m so glad you are doing these videos. I may just do my own custom for my mil since I can’t get any of the companies to do it. They say it’s too dark.
WOW, this is so great! I am in the process of incorporating diamond painting into other art work I do (resin painting and acrylic pouring). So nice to be able to go to a local store and pick up what I need. Love these special drills for bling. The color names are ones that are used for artist paint colors.
I bought glow in the dark drills to put in my Starry Night painting. I did not buy any freestyle items, purchased 10 of their kits plus some of the bracelet kits they have. I am going to use the bracelets to get rid of drills that dont have dd or dmc codes. I think it will be a great way to get rid of unmarked drills. I will have to check out the freestyle in the future. I think I am more addicted to collecting all of the dmc and dd drills through diamond painting than I am diamond painting. Hugs
Excellent , informative video! I saw a you tube video called Creativation 2020 Diamond Dotz. They had a booth set up and showed all the new freestyle line. I like that you can even do it on clothes! :)
That is how I first heard about it. But I then forgot about it until I saw someone post a picture of the display set up at Joann's. I did not, however, know that it was going to be available in our favorite craft store!!
Riverbend is in between the two stores. So if you want the one that has the most stuff out on the floor, go to the one in Springfield. It's in the shopping center on the corner of Q and Mohawk next to Albertsons.
This is awesome stuff 😊 I would definitely need the patterns because I'm not creative either and I wouldn't have even been able to make the fox look that good 😂 Thank you for sharing this with us 🤗
This is so neat , I love new crafts but don’t know if I can do it . Need to check with the doctors . I am starting to shake pretty bad and eyesight is getting worse . Diamond dots should give you their products , you have always shown their diamond paintings .Love the fox 🦊.
I have been considering this as I have a few images that I would like to make as my own custom canvases. It would be nice to be able to buy the supplies locally (assuming that JoAnn's in my area has this), and hopefully save a little money. Will watch for more videos from you on this little project.
I used the sharp pointy tweezers to puncture at the split and run it all the way around. I used an exacto knife prior but I slipped and cut myself so I stopped doing that lol.
Thankyou for everything you teach. Wonder if you could solve a problem I have, I put resin in a couple of molds and it looks like they are stuck the mold. Another one I made some alphabet letters and they are still wet 2 weeks later., what do I do.?
I am not very skilled at resin pouring yet. There could he a couple of things going on. If you used epoxy resin you may have had the mixture wrong. If it was UV resin, it may just be a really bad brand. I have only done UV resin and the one time I had issues with it not drying was because I used alcohol ink in it and I found out that that ink does not work well with UV.
Looks like I'm going to be having some fun! I have ordered lots from many places because I really liked the picture but the drills were very disappointing. Now I can complete the picture with my own style. I'm already planning. I'm just not sure if I ll have them available for me. I would shop at Lakewood or Torrance California. Is anyone here familiar with these stores? Thankyou for sharing. 🌹🦋🌹
I'm not sure what you're referring to. I did a complete tutorial in this video on how the end products were made. I'd love to help you out, so let me know!
@@DPbyDoni thanks for replying ❤️ I'm talking about the white sheet that has a few stones drawn on it ??? The pink...clear diamond... Green ones ... The sheet that you're working on ...
@@yogishabhimjiani5359 are you talking about diamond painting? I'm not sure if you know the craft or not. I didn't use any green, pink or clear, so I'm still confused 🤔. Maybe you are asking about how I got them to stick to the canvas? I explain that part in this video 😊.
I love what you have done, the Fox is cute, I would just have put white on the bottom and on the ears, but that’s me, and wish I could do my own thing, but I don’t know of places like this in the Uk, even if there is somewhere I could never afford to get things like what you have got, so it’s going to have to be sticking to buying the whole kit from China, to be honest though I’d love to be able to do my own thing. If anyone knows where we can get them in Uk like this, even though I know they will be way beyond what I can spend, I’m disabled and can’t work, so now I feel depressed lol xxxAnnxxx
Good morning! I'm trying to find the store you recommend for buying a custom diamond painting but I can't find that video anymore. Is it possible for you to point me in the right direction to the store you recommend at AliExpress please? Thank you!
Ar this point in time, I'm not sure who I would recommend if any on Ali Express for customs. Treasure Studios Art is the best custom company that I have recently purchased from.

Very interesting, I really enjoyed this video. Thank you for sharing.
Awesome job, thank you for testing these for us.
The fox is super cute! Thank you for doing these videos! I am so glad Diamond Dotz came out with this stuff.
Very cute fox. I am so happy to know that diamond dots have blank sheets. Thanks for the video. I’m looking forward to seeing your next video.

Very informative, thank you for taking the time to help us understand these new products.
I love that you can make your own design, I would need the book for inspiration. Thank you for testing this.

Michelle Smith I am finishing the starry night and I never thought about putting the glow in the dark on it 🤔 great idea
Thank you :) I got the dotz sticks, mini glue and the drills picker ups
Ohhh I like these.
I can make my own art into diamond paintings 😁
That is so cool. I see so many things I can do with these canvas'.
This is really great!!!! I love the fox and looking very much forward to more of those video's

I just got some diamond painting stamps. I figured I could make greeting cards for friends. These products will be perfect@ TFS
You did a great job with little fox. I don't have the patience to make my own.
I'm gonna be getting those books and drills!
Can’t wait to see part 2. Thanks for sharing.

you could also place fine glitter round the object in square or circle .
Yes! I have considered this, but the time it takes to be exact on where you put the glitter would be too much for me lol.
Thank you for sharing
This was an awesome video
I am going to have to go look for this I think it’s a great idea

I NEED that metallic pack. WOW.
A great video!!!! Answered many questions that I was wondering about. Thank you!!!😀
Where did you get the animal book? I am dying to make that orca. I collect orcas and really want to do that but can't find the book ANYWHERE
I got it at my local Joann store. I looked online and didn't find it so it may just be a luck of the draw for what they have in the stores.
This is cool! Hey, how did you get the bottle open? I've used plyers on top and bottom and they just won't budge.
I used the sharp pointy tweezers to puncture at the split and run it all the way around. I used an exacto knife prior but I slipped and cut myself so I stopped doing that lol.
Oh no! I do that with stained glass all the time LOL. I'll try the knife thanks.

Fox is really sparkly 👍
I thought the DD drills are bigger than other drills, and not to mix them?
That is what I always thought too! But according to their website, they are the same size as all the other round drills, 2.8mm.
Diamond Painting by Doni good to hear the Doni. Thanks
I think it turned out great! He is cute.
This is so cool.

Please can you tell me what those adhesive sheets are actually called? Love from india:)
They call them Dotz Fabric and Dots Grid Fabric
Fyi...Looking at your hyperlinks above, some are not active...they are grayed out...stylus and also metallic set.
Thanks. They just need to be edited to add the http in front. I'll get it taken care of now.
Where do I go to see your store
You go to drillpenfrenzy.com
Are they square or round drills ?
Diamond Dotz are only in round drills.
Hi how many dotz are in 12g approximately?
I honestly have no idea. But I am guessing there are about 1000 drills in one of the diamond dotz jars.
@@DPbyDoni I contacted the company and they said there is more than 2000 dotz per jar. Grin. That should be enough.
I do not do the freestyle ones but I do ones the unicorns butterfly and big diamond art and I'm a kid
Seems like a lot involved in that.
where is your store.? I do not have facebook. I like your work. Your fox could be glued onto your jacket.
Drillpenfrenzy.com 😊
Put him on a greeting card. Really cute. It was a lot of work. Was it worth it to you?
Sure! I love the thought that I made it from nothing 😊
Cool
Just to let you know, tracing paper is the same as parchment paper.
😯 I had no idea! {Mind blown Emoji}
😂 I knew those art classes would come in handy some day.
I'm moving to America
Our Joann's is not carrying this yet@#$%&! Wish Ny would catch up!
Do you have Michael’s or Hobby Lobby? Ours both carry these.
Good video cut the backing to the size you want so the is no extra
I usually keep the edging for framing. Until I know how I am going to frame it, I leave the edges on.
The word you wanted was fussy cutting.
