My 2 cents I agree with Rogue six shooters/ Ivanko EZ being nice to handle and load/ unload From a variety of equipment. Bumpers I would go urethane for longevity/ durability. Most bumpers are made in China but a few are now made in USA. Personally as long as the weight is accurate I do not like the powerlifting plates unless you are in competition prep or need all the space you can get on the sleeve of the bar.
