This Swedish Chocolate Cake will satisfy your sugar craving, fast!

  • Kladdkaka is a super popular Swedish chocolate "mud" cake. A rich chocolate dessert that has a crisp exterior and a soft, gooey interior. It is similar to a chocolate brownie and a molten chocolate cake.
    The main difference between Kladdkaka and other cakes is the lack of baking powder. It is sometimes eaten with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
    You must try this recipe, for Kladdkaka is so popular and beloved in Sweden that since 2008, 7th November is National Mud Cake Day!
    INGREDIENTS for 8 inch / 20 cm baking pan:
    butter [150 g / 5.3 oz]
    fine sugar [270 g / 9.5 oz]
    cocoa powder [50 g / 1.75 oz]
    3 eggs
    all purpose flour [90 g / 3.2 oz]
    half teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    a table spoon icing sugar
    serve with whipped cream and fruits

      I found whipping cream is a rather challenging endeavor 😅
