    Do you protractor your shoulders when doing these exercises?

    • @RehabHero
      @RehabHero  Месяц назад

      Yes you can protract the shoulders to get better serratus anterior activation if you're dealing with medial border scapular winging

    Can you do these everyday ?

    • @RehabHero
      @RehabHero  9 месяцев назад

      Usually these are done every other day as making sure you have a day in between for recovery is important for best results, BUT it depends on how difficult these are. if the exercises are very easy they can be done daily, however I would prefer to do a medium difficulty exercise every other day rather than an easy one daily.

    How much time it takes to cure scapular winging with this exercises

    • @RehabHero
      @RehabHero  Месяц назад +1

      Scapular winging is not a condition but a posture, in this regard there is no 'cure' because there is no 'problem'. That said, it typically takes many months to improve posture but varies from person to person. You may see changes in your posture between after about 2-3 months of consistent exercise, but just doing these exercises won't be enough. You would want to consider doing strength training exercises in a gym such as the cable row or dumbbell row. Hope that helps!

      @@RehabHero but some fitness influence say this occur due to weak serrates anterior or damage to nerve ending to serrates anterior

    • @RehabHero
      @RehabHero  Месяц назад +1

      @@amirirfan4723 if the nerve ending is damaged than these exercises won't help too much, chances are you won't even be able to move the scapular much as all if it is severed. A 'weak' serratus anterior is related to this posture, but once again it is more of a postural finding than a condition / disease in that instance. I hope that makes sense :)
