- It’s a terrifying moment as a young woman is making a TikTok dance video when a strange man bursts into her apartment. The intruder came in through a second floor balcony door, and Hannah Viverette made a run for it. The 25-year-old exited her apartment through the front door and started knocking on neighbors’ doors as she frantically told him repeatedly to get out of the apartment, until finally he left. She says she recognized him immediately as another tenant of her apartment complex. #InsideEdition

This reminds me of what happened to me when I was a late teen to early 20's. A guy kept following me when I was walking somewhere to meet my sister. He followed me for blocks. Then he started calling me "hey, baby." I never saw him before, he was a stranger. He was mexican and didn't speak very much english at all. I kept telling him to go away, and ignoring him. Then when I said I was going to call police on him he slapped my cell phone that was in my hand. I don't remember if my phone fell on the ground, or if I still had a grasp on it in my hand. Anyway, I dialed my friend Nicole's # and she was on the phone while he was harassing me. He picked me up and took me between a church and a school classroom building, or something like that. I only weighed about 110-115# or so. He noticed there was a woman across the street walking to the bus stop, and then he let me go from his grasp and ran away really fast. I didn't know if he intended to kill me, or rape me, or what, in the space between those two buildings. My friend was still on the phone. When I got back on the phone with her she told me to go to her friend's house that was near the area where I was walking at, but I didn't go there to the other girl's house because I didn't really know her.
@Raz O It was filed in a police report, so they know exactly how old I was when it happened.
The guy kept saying "hey, baby", but it was probably because those were the only words he knew in english, idk.
She is too calm, I would’ve been cursing and screaming my head off
My mom told me this one story about my great-grandmother.... Years ago, probably in the 80s, my great-grandma had an intruder break into her home with a knife. Obviously, this schmuck was trying to rob her, or worse - but my great-grandma kept her cool in that situation. Instead of freaking out, she turned to the staircase and shouted, "HONEY! GRAB YOUR SHOTGUN AND GET DOWN HERE!" The guy made a break for it and was never seen again. The thing was... my great-grandma was living alone, and she'd been a widow for some time. And yet, she was able to keep it together, and she thought of something to scare her would-be attacker away!
But... man... seeing this video? And given how the times have changed? Geez.... People have gotten scarier over the years. Things have become even more complicated than before. And, frankly... I don't think I would've kept it together like my great-grandma did. That's how crazy things have gotten, and that's how much things have changed.

I understand the burglary charge. She said she's seen him around the building, so I guess that's where the stalking charge comes from. But, I didn't see an assault. I'd like to know how they came up with that charge.
I mean if she didnt react so fast and he the time he it would have most likely have been a attempted assault.

Girl you living in a bad apartment complex. I can tell the second you showed the outside of it. Live in a safer apartment complex, pay the extra dollars for it.
