I’ve started doing facial and scalp massages on them like you do in your videos before bed and it’s a great bonding experience and they fall asleep so quickly. Do celery juice 16 oz daily, ive noticed it helps my heart palpitations imensely! Also do tons of fruit and lemon water, go easy on animal products, remind yourself daily that you are enough, listen to Marisa Peer and never give up. Things always get better. ❤🙏

Other video idea are if you had an whisper asmr of your skin routine at night, info about your favourite oils or one showing us how you make your favourite snack. (Just Incase you struggle thinking of ideas hah) I love your positivity and honesty and openness about your struggles. It has inspired me to self reflect on my own thoughts, feelings and actions. I’ve really started to become a more positive person and feel more like myself.
