@@Majora48 Definitely unpopular comment, but I managed to enjoy WoD, the pal prot gameplay was great, and the raids awesome. WoD suffered especially from its first very empty patch, but 6.1 and 6.2 were ok. It will have missed 1 or 2 major patch to make it a good expansion.

The tragedy is that it hardly any content to enjoy that gameplay with. Beyond weekly raids it had what? Alts? Apexis in Tanaan jungle? Challenge modes?
Still a better expansion than the trash they added. WoD at least still felt kinda like an RPG, not Diablo. I'd take warlords any day over their current raid design and M+
One of the best dungeons ever, with hands-down best music that was dynamic if i remember correctly. I love how it tells the whole story of it. Peacefull start emphasizing holines of that place, slowly turning it not faster music when defenders of Auchindoun realize that they have betrayers among their ranks and battle starts, later when orcish warlocks breach inside you can hear their chant and drums and literally you hear tormenting screeches of Draenei spirits. Those two choruses battle it out and at the end it transforms back into peacefull version but a sadder version - Auchindoun was defended but the damage was done and spirits that Teron Gor consumed and tormented are forever damned.

Yeah, that piece was simply amazing. I remember the first time I heard it, too. As Yrel is watching her sister dying on that alter, to bring about the Dark Star's fall. That moment alone was just so damned sad, then throwing that piece of music on top of it? Wow. I'll say this for WoD... they didn't slack off with the storyline.
I always find myself coming back to this track. Not only because I love Draenei lore and culture, but also it’s just the perfect bit of ambiance for the instance not to mention amazing musically as well. I would not complain when this comes back into the Mythic Plus rotation someday.
Tbh i feel like this soundtrack quite accurately describes the entire history of the Draenei race, calm beginning, sinister turn (sargeras arrives), hectic middle (the betrayal and exile caused by the legion), heroic part (fighting back), followed by a calm when it's all over and the legion is defeated. We need more soundtracks like this in the game.
This, Last Light, and Wolf at the Gates. Imho some of thé very best soundtracks they made in WoW. Ulduar's(Dark Ironforge)'Theme fits up there as well, and ofcourse, Invincible.(Ahn Karanir Thana'gor..... /snif)
I feel this song really captures the atmosphere of a once great and mighty Draenic temple being taken over and mutated by demons. It starts out a bit mysterious, indicating that this building has been standing for a long time and has plenty of secrets hiding in it. Then it grows and becomes loud and mighty, and you can hear how important this place is to Draenic beliefs, how is it a proud place for Draenei spirits to depart to after a long life spent fighting. Next it turns, and you hear someone speaking in tongues with quick drumming, I feel indicating incoming demonic influence, wicked and intent on warping this place. Then the two sections collide and you hear the sounds of the mighty temple being twisted to the demonic music's will. The last few lines at the end of the song are like a quiet mourning for what has transpired and what has been lost in the process. And you're reminded of how Auchindoun looks in Outland, crumbled in a wasteland and haunted by old tormented ghosts, nothing but a shadow of the mighty temple it once was. It really tells a story.

Alot of my Face book friends know I play the PC game "World of Warcraft", and have for many years. I have recently posted a song from an earlier expansion of the game. We our now in our 10th year of playing and many expansions have been added. Along with these expansions comes new play content and new music. I continuously do this dungeon especially to hear this music. Guys still don't believe woman play video games (so they say) but gawd if they only knew I cried every time I did this dungeon with them, Id' be kicked out of the group for not holding my own abilities, but crying * lol=. There are some places in this music I find myself in tears. Go FIGURE! OF course my MUSIC is turned all the way UP with no other distractions .
How can I get a copy of this music but only until 2:05? The Yrel and Samaara scene made me cry all the time, and it was because of that goddamn beautiful theme.
I really enjoyed the alt-friendly system there. Yeah was a suck the leg ring but otherwise was an amazing cool expansion. Challenge dungeons was sooooo much fun and Auchindoun was our first suffering, we tried at least 100 times :D Was a really challenge to get golds with non-meta setup. Miss those times with my guild
The Boss room for Teron'gor is kinda too big. It looks more like a raid area. Everytime i do Auchindoun, i think of Shattrath Raid. Imagine. Shattrath raid ending where Teron'gor stood, but it could have been Gul'dan instead. But seriously, Shattrath Raid Could have been awesome
