I know a lot of mens (including me) who are in their 20’s and 30’s, who can’t pass the CRPF training, while these women not only serving in CRPF but also performing their roles as mother. Great achievement and tremendous contribution made by them!
No no no . If you're average fit then u can pass the training. It isnt a test. Its the training. They condition u there and any average fit individual without any morbidity can be conditioned in training
Even the physical standards are low for the womens but it is equally rigorous and hard for them as mens because their is difference in the body structure and biology
Why hadn’t anyone thought of doing this earlier. Congratulations to the ones who thought of doing this story. These are such interesting humans. Such strong women, yet so simple. I wish we get to see more stories about humans who work in the security apparatus also maybe more in-depth and candid.
What a great production quality. Shoutout to both the women journalists who brought this story forth, and ofcourse, salute to the resilience of all the women soldiers!
As a society, how we treat woman and give them chance tells a lot. Great to see the changes in the mindset. This change and inspiration should keep on going and hopefully will make stronger woman and in turn strong India.

Good attempt at getting to know the rigorous regime of training of these CRPF personnel by going through experiences by visiting on ground!!
