Mmm I love crab! Thought it'd be complicated thankfully it's rather straightforward yet so impressive, this is creative and just WOW. (drooling from the UK, great recipe!)
This is a really beautiful dish, and despite the simplicity, it's quite masterful in the way the different flavors work together. Dill, seafood, peas. Lemon zest. Sour cream (I might substitute mascarpone). It's a beautiful recipe. Did you sieve your pea puree to make it smoother?
