Siete una garanzia vi ho conosciuto tramite mio padre che abitava gia' nel 1959 nella pensione proprio sopra la pizzeria di via spontini e pranzava/ cenava tutti i giorni da voi ora io figlio ho 60 anni e con la mia famiglia continuiamo a frequentare e gustare la pizza strepitosa e unica grazie ancora e complimenti!!

Io sono napoletano e da napoletano posso dirti che questa non è una pizza tipica questa è una pizza tipica della Lombardia e devo fare i miei complimenti perché è molto buona questo e un ti po di pizza che a me piace molto
@@theb3rn7 and that's how cheese should be! When you have good cheese you should be able to taste the cheese, if you burn it, any cheese gets the same taste. That's probably why you want that burnt cheese, you never tasted good cheese...
@@dagon1978it Caramelization is not the same as burning, which unlike caramelization is undesirable in all cases. Different cheeses definitely remain unique in flavor and consistency when browned. You are correct that soft cheeses such as brie shouldn't be browned, but a pizza with barely melted cheese will almost always be a soggy mess just like the one presented.

You've never tasted this pizza (which I did many many times in Milan) and you're teaching me the taste of this pizza dn this cheese? Please, eat your "caramellized" cheese and your burnt pizza if you like, but go teach someone else
