Master Spells are not entirely useless because you can cast master spells while sneaking just have a high sneak skill with perks and don't forget the quiet casting perk I have use this in my Vampire builds it is quite useful
the tomes are acquired in the college of winterhold from faralda when your destruction skill hits 90 or higher, you have to complete a small quest for her though called destruction ritual spell.then she sells them.then for all of the other schools of magics master spells, find the respective teachers in C.O.W. eg. Tolfdir for alteration
once you get your ability to 90 the people in the college will ask you to go on a quest allowing you to get one master spell while having to buy the rest.
@Godsgift4699 You have to reach level 100 in a certain school of magic. You also have to join the mages college in winterhold, once there speak with the trainer f the certain school of magic that you got to level 100 in. They will give you a special quest that unlocks master spells. Hope that helped :)

WanhedasBro its a glitch before you talk to the auger of dunlain you need to saved it once you have do the challenge and then go to the restoration Lady it she doesn't have it to back to the auger (please tell I spelt it right) and speak until he says you are the chosen one then go back to the lady and she might have it if it doesn't work go to the save at the beginning

Morokei channel is not meant to be obtained by the player character. It is obvious that the author of this video obtained all spells using the command 'psb' and assumed that as it was a master spell and he had it, it could be obtained legitimately. Still a great video

hey guys i have dragonhide and i use a full set of daedric armour and i use blacksmith elixir and ring of peerless smithing plus i have that ability when you return the lexicon to a dwemer ruin for an argonian in riften so my armor has a value of 1100.....i just want to know.....does dragonhide make me immune to physical damage and potentially lower enemies armor stats

He used a console command to enable usually used by the devs and mod creators so that they won´t be distracted from npc´s with unlimited health, magicka and stamina and the cool down on shouts is removed as well and all that was literally made for testing purposes and demonstrations.
@DerY0uTub4 Talk to Drevis Neloren at the College. He will give you a spell that allows you to see the four different illution spellbooks hidden throughout the College. After finding said books, he will reward you with one and allow you to purchase them for various prices. The first book is in the Arcaneum, second at the Hall of Attainment, third is Hall of Countenance, and the fourth is at The Midden. If you'd like specific locations, I reccomend finding a video. Hope it helps!
@theCRUSNIK01 no, because dragon hide already reaches the 80% damage reduction cap therefore your armor won't make a difference if you use the spell (and vice versa). Also making your armor 1100 points strong is worthless, it only counts up to 570 or so (that's the 80% reduction number)
even without console commands you can still cast spells endlessly by enchanting your armor to a point where spells cost 100% less to cast

You don't, the mages imprisoning Morokei are NPCs. only way to get it is through the console.

your lightning one is different to mine, mine does 112 damage per second and shoots much further
