Kris, I was on several 30 and 90 day programs that you were part of leading back in 2011. This video is very timely for me. Big gain seeing this. Thanks
Thank you for this powerful message - you helped turned a horrible day at work into a positive and I learned a great message from this. I appreciate your words!
@@PowerofQuiet Been using this all week & I have to say everything at work ran smoother than normal even under chsaotic conditions I cold laugh at it all & maintain a love feeling. Just found out the owner is selling the business & it doesn't bother me in the least. Maybe it's just the incentive I need to really let it all go.
I am a single mother with a highly stressful and demoralizing 9-5 job every day I lose a part of my soul. I am exhausted by the end of each day which leaves little time and energy to apply elsewhere
I would have to disagree with this method. I've had a business for many years and only a couple of years into it I was bored with it and wanted to close it down or sell it. BUT I had been studying all these principles (everything from the Sedona Method, Lester Levenson, Abraham Hicks etc) and there is this theory that you shouldn't leave a situation while hating it and all the other things said in this video. I practiced all this and practiced loving my business which kept me there for more years than it would have, if I had just left the first time I felt sick of it. So...I would instead use my hate or dislike as a driver to do something else instead of trying to love it. At least I wish I would have done that instead...love is not better than dislike. It's just two different feelings and a barometer that tells you something about your life and where you are. It's your clue about what to do. I would say instead ALLOW yourself to hate it and do something about it! Don't waste your life...
Agreed, Nana. Hating something isn't always "bad." This is a false dichotomy because all emotions serve us, even the ones that feel very unpleasant. There's nothing wrong with disliking your job or disliking capitalism and the fact that you have to sell every single part of your life to a corporation for a salary that doesn't even meet your needs or help you fulfill your dreams.
Kris..I don't suppose you have anything that teaches you 'not to feel guilty' about not working when you cant afford to retire & when you don't have a job to walk away from !!...Cheers :-)
You can look at any of the topics here on loving yourself. Regardless of whatever may be right or wrong about the situation, being guilty is the same as beating yourself up. How does that help you. And when you're doing it... how you do anything is how you do everything. It's your choice to let it go.
I quit my job 2 months ago to create space to figure out my next move. It was boring and repetitive and my manager was a nightmare. I’m accepting I need this time for myself
Sometimes it's a demon. I had a loop of me and my sister arguing. I thought I don't want to think this and God doesn't want me to think this and then this orb jumped from my head to my mouth about the size of a peanut and the thoughts stopped. It was a demon.
Hi Kris thanks for your videos. I had a question on releasing, most of the time when I try releasing , I don't feel anything in chest or stomach area but I clench my jaw cringe my face feel tightness around it , stronger I feel about something tighter I clench, and on I releasing I sort of unclench , am I doing it right?
Thanks Darshak! Not everyone feels the clutching. Sometimes it’s because we are so used to suppressing that I t takes some practice, and after a while it becomes noticeable. It’s okay if you don’t release by opening up the door. There’s other ways-like saying ‘yes’ to resistance, fear, etc. Have you done that and felt lighter? Also, letting go of disapproving of yourself and giving yourself approval. Stay with what works and let the experience expand.
Darshak Shah I’m the same Darshak. I feel the clutching in my jaws as well. It’s worse on the right side of my face. It feels like someone is squeezing my jaws together. You’re not alone.
I would practice bringing awareness to that area again and again. Consciously relax it each time. Combined with releasing, you will become more conscious and in control. You can use this (as with everything) to raise your consciousness.
@@PowerofQuiet No and yes. Just like many people have the feeling of dislike for work, we also have a feeling of like-dislike towards significant relationships in our life. Your personal example in the video proved that you moved to a different work after releasing. But some people might start enjoying the same work after releasing. The same way, if we release on a relationship we do not like, we can get similar results. So, it would be great to have a video which addresses letting go of dislike towards a relationship/person the same way you did for work.
I love working when it's something I want to do.

9-5 jobs are no fun. I came up with me escape plan 4 years ago and have never looked back.
What was your escape plan? What do you do for a living?
Maybe I can play this every day.
Thank you for this powerful message - you helped turned a horrible day at work into a positive and I learned a great message from this. I appreciate your words!
In other words be happy where you are in the mean time
Thanks for this Kris. I really need to work on this one. Will let you know how things progress.
Great, looking forward to it!

Very relaxing and enlightening for my mind and center core. Powerful!

OMG!! I love your videos!! This is so helpful!! Thank you!!
We were just trying to do that, now to unwire
This is amazing Kris. Have you got a long cleanup on this by any chance. This is all beginning to make sense now.
Thank you Kris. Pure goodness as always 🌷🙏❤️
I want to quit.
Are you talking me into keeping my job?
Are a a you tuber as alternative to 9-5 how u escape
Yeh. I think it's ungodly soul ties to my job.
The title is misleading. It should say how to be ok with the job you don’t like.
So where you gonna live, what you gonna eat without money ? Or did you prepare befor quitting ?

wtf this gave me no advice on how to escape the rat race
That was like mind control to be okay with being a slave lol
Yup...
Really loved the video. Goes at the core of being stuck with the work you don't like. Would be great to have a similar video on relationship also.
Do you mean doing a video on walking away from a relationship? That would be an interesting topic.
