Looks great 👍 One queation Brian as we start our build next year. Walls are going to be AAC but i read 50/50% say should so bathrooms with red bricks. What is your take on that?
Do you advise people to only build a one story place when they get older? stairs are 100% impossible when you get old....i have seen alot of old people get there stuff moved from a upstairs bedroom all down and use only one floor. This owner will abandon this home when he is older for something else....impossible home to live in once they cant get around very well.
Good question buddy. I normaly do recommend a single floor dwelling. But there is room for a lift to be installed in the future as and when they require it. But this couple are still young to enjoy walking up and down the stairs for a good few years yet. I could never see the owner of this property ever giving it up as the land they have surrounding there property is amazing. Hope this answers your question buddy 🙏
@@BryansThailand I have an extreme large family and i see so many of my older family members with large homes basicly abandon 3/4 of the home cause they cant do stairs. Family moves stuff upstairs for storage cause the basement may flood and they are too old to do stairs to turn off the water. It just turns out so bad and if they just had a one story home they would live such a better life.

Use aac on inside wall use gray blocks for outside walls and red brick for bathroom walls I recommend. Do double block walls if possable
