Still waiting for people to realize that spending money on a real chair instead of gimmicky standing desks is the right move. The setup is pretty sick though.
I’ve used a HAG Capisco chair for the past 18 years. I can’t sit in a regular office chair for more than few hours without discomfort. I’ve sat in the HAG Capsico for 12+ hour sessions, without any discomfort.
The desk is seriously unique but from experience I can tell you a deep desk that allows you to place your albows on the table feels just wonderful. Basically my keyboard is about 16" away from me. So my forearms and elbows are on the table, even when I'm standing. In your case I recommend placing your elbows on the chair armrests while working. This all really helps the shoulders. Anyway great quality vid.
I don't understand the point of the dual drive desk. Your monitor should be at the same height relative to your keyboard regardless of whether you're sitting or standing. You didn't mention any benefits or use cases of the desk

id argue both are important however a chair is more beneficial if your not gonna be standing the entire time

I like the desk pouch, 100w charger, the monitor light bar, and the floor lamp.
