Also might want to check to see if bluetooth is pairing to a device. This might be interfering with sound recording?

My phone has been acting really weird lately. The main thing is that if I get a call I can’t hear the person on the other end and they can’t hear me, but also there is no audio every time I record a video, siri isn’t working, and neither is my voice memos app, and whenever I plug in my headphones they don’t connect to my phone. Yesterday, my camera wasn’t working but somehow that issue resolved itself. Anyway, does anyone know how I can fix this?
Bro, If your Microphone is not working on anything it can be a hardware issue, but before you take it for repairing, try giving it an All Settings Reset. IT might fix the issue.😊

@@alina-nada yeah my phone was also a 7! I talked to my sister about it and she said the only way to fix it was to get a new phone. I have an se now and it works a lot better

Whenever I try and record a video with my headset in I can only speak through the mic built in the phone but not the mic built into the headphones, does any1 know why ?

I noticed the audio stopped recording on my videos after I opened my camera app and it stayed blurry for a long while not letting me record yet. I closed the camera app and reopened and it did the same thing. Close again. Same thing. So I powered off my phone and powered it back on
I wonder if it was trying to fix the issue itself and with me repeatedly closing the app and then turning my phone off I some how interrupted it trying to fix the issue and made it glitch out or something 😭
but if there was and issue that needed to be fixed I would’ve liked to know that. Even my video editing app I have on my phone pops up a message as I’m exporting something to let me know not to close the app or power off my phone. If my phone app itself is fixing something and there’s be an issue if I closed it or powered off my phone I would’ve liked to know that because then I feel I could’ve avoided all this mess if that is was indeed made my audio stop working
I’ve tried restarting my phone multiple times and the audio still wont record anymore 😔
The audio plays just fine on any video I’ve taken prior to this, but the videos I took after this whole thing happened have to audio what’s so ever and the thing is grey so there’s no option for me to turn on the sound

It doesn't really having a sounds. Then, the speaker on the bottom is disabled also. How can I fix it? There's no audio everytime I used video and memo recordings can't function everytime I click the red button there is no responds-- in short, I cannot used it for recordings. That was just the problem but it sounds nice and loud. Just the audio video camera and memo recordings
Did you find a fix? your situation sounds similar to mine, the microphone itself just seems it isnt there. If I try to record a memo it just does nothing. It wont even start to record it does nothing
and when I try to record a video and listen back to it, the Speaker symbol at the bottom is greyed out and i cant tap it

Why are you lying? A large percentage of audio problems in these two models is due to a chip called the audio IC, it is a common internal factory problem, not a software problem.
So u can’t fix this problem unless I’m you bring it in so place where they can fix it
When i record video in my iPhone 8 plus back camera the annoying raining like sound occur and really low voice occur what might be the problem
@@apshotsnep same issue. Sometimes, I get the sound and sometimes strange rain sound. It is really frustrating. Last Friday, I went to a show : 2 videos have sounds and 4 have the rain/static sounds… I don’t understand. I have an IPhone 8 Plus.
@@looze7535 it’s probably the noice cancellation thingy. Just turn it off it’s in setting > accessibility > audio/visual. There you’ll see it
