Thank you for stopping by, choosing us, and viewing our Sunday Tiki Sunsets 005. These are a sub-channel to our main channel. The 5th of what we hope and plan to be many short/mini episodes going forward for years.
Ruby is a well-maintained 1984 Catalina 30 continually upgraded, by Capt. Bill, over the past 25+ years as her owner. There have been extensive upgrades over the past few seasons, especially the electronics.
We plan to depart soon; likely this fall to cruise up & down the US East Coast and beyond. We'll leave from New England, with Boston, MA (The Winthrop MA YC) as our home port, down the East Coast, to Florida's east & west coasts, including Key West, The Bahama’s , and possibly further!
A C30 is on the small size for living aboard and long-distance cruising, but we’ll figure it out. Many C30’s and owners have done some extensive world cruising. She’s a great boat that we know & trust.
We started this VLOG in early 2024. We plan to show our preparations for a 2024 fall launch. The Summer of 2024 will include episodes of extensive local NE cruising.
There are a LOT of sailing VLOGs & channels out there, we hope & plan to make ours unique enough to keep you entertained regularly for the next several years.
We are RUclips Sailing Channel junkies including many of the most popular ones and some not so in our subscription list. We plan to be just a bit different.
