    I would like to thank both Leroy & Hugh for the video, I learned so much. A lot work just keeping the lobsters alive, than sorting them, and processing them. very informative video. Plus I like the way Leroy pronounces "lobstah". It reminds me of my uncle that lived in Rock Land Maine many years ago. We all loved our uncle very much. Thanks

    Such an awesome series. We were in Bar Harbor for the week. After a trip on the LuLu lobster boat tour we learned a lot. This video series filled in a lot of the blanks we had about lobster fishing. My 6 year old is ready to move up here and get in line for his Captains license. Although he may eat all his profits!

    Good morning Leroy
    I help manage a Lobster Processor myself and I do have a couple questions . Why does the package seal product go into the Hpp machine ? How does that extend the shelf life of something that is packaged inside a sealed bag ? I also noticed you packaging machine , is that one of the Hoppers or is that a different type of sealer ?
