- In Episode Two of After Dark, Elvis Abrahanowicz-chef and co-founder of Sydney's Bodega 1904 and Porteño-meets the people of the Buenos Aires club scenes.
He takes a nightlife tour with the F.L.O.W Altas Wachas dancers and their musician friends, who are experimenting with cumbia-a dance genre that's been popularised throughout Latin America-by mashing up traditional styles with electronic beats.
He also learns to do something which can't actually be called twerking.

They have that foundation of selflove down pat... the connection with your own self and body always comes first. I don't even feel like it's particularly sexual, somehow. I am fascinated and impressed how Latinos respect African culture compared to other non Black/African people and she’s Litt she can dance Foreal but people just don’t know that twerking orginated in West African it is not some racthet dance that people think originated from Black people in the states there is a more sophisticated origin to it. If you think it’s exclusive just the black people in America your wrong I can go to the deepest village in Ivory Coast and there will be women young and old twerkin ths is just how our women dance in Africa . Arabs belly dance Latinos have salsa and blacks people (The women) twerk but many people over look it’s African origin and just connect it to Urban street culture.
