- The theory of the five movement, also known as the theory of the 5 elements or the five mutant kingdoms. In Chinese they are called WU XING, it is the way in which energies are transformed in the universe.

We have already seen before, how each movement forms an energetic unit.
Today, in this video, we are going to see how the five movements maintain their energy balance, through two cycles; Generation Cycle (SHEN) and Control Cycle (KE).
In the Cycle of Generation (SHEN), a movement begets, gives life to the next, like this:
Wood begets fire.
Fire begets earth.
Earth begets metal.
Metal begets water.
The water begets the mother.
This cycle is fulfilled over and over again, therefore, so that the growth of a movement is not excessive, the Control Cycle (KE) arises, where one movement controls another.
Water controls fire.
Fire controls metal.
Metal controls wood.
Wood controls earth.
The earth controls the water.
And this is how they remain in a permanent balance, in a continuous transformation.
In Chinese Medicine, this theory is widely used both in diagnoses and in acupuncture treatments, auriculotherapy, qi gong, and medicinal plants.

Muy bueno, empeze a ver la Parte 1 y esta parte apenas en desesperacion de la busqueda de la raiz de mis problemas de ansiedad. Y pues lo que creo hasta ahora es que tengo un exceso del elemento agua lo que esta apagando mi elemento fuego lo cual afecta al 3er chakra (Manipura) produciendo asi tristeza, ansiedad, emociones intensas. Entonces creo que debo o aumentar el elemento fuego a la fuerza o aumentar la tierra para que frene el exceso de agua. Alguien puede opinar sobre esto?
