At the start you lost a 4vs7 defense with the advantage but later red lost a 4vs2 defense with the advantage! Luck goes around.
timing is just as important as dice rolls. to get that lucky turn 1 was no longer lucky, but a miracle.
Even if he lost the 4vs2 he already won due to CG changing priorities.
Best risk upload so far
Pink did the common mistake of becoming too greedy while he had the lead. Going for AUS, NA and SA just put the big red "we must work together to bring him down" flag over his head. Instead he should ve left AUS entirely and gone for NA + SA which he could ve guarded on only two spots thanks to that blizzard.
Looking for opportunities to upgrade your position without going over the top by sharing some spoils of conquest is the key. If you can get the excellent NA position (or even NA + SA), dont be shy to drop continents like EU, Africa and especially AUS for it so you dont make the others ally up against you.
I love me a good Brazil blizzard. But everyone has the same idea and I've seen people do some insane stuff to try to get South America in scenarios like this.

Doesn't matter what the host sets when someone surrenders (white flag), only when they drop offline. In particular, you won because they had surrendered, not because they were a bot

soo basically me and green were allied fighting white who was very powerful I had north America and green had south america and Africa white had a trade on 4 and he had 32 units in UK and I had 23 on Iceland and he attacked and he lost 23 troops and he had only 9 units and I have a 4 and 5 in North America soo he could not defeat me soo it was green's turn soo i told him from the chat it's ok to attack my territory and he completely understood that I told him to defeat me and take my cards and defeat white (me and green had 3 cards each) after he defeated me and he traded for 25 and just started detorying white and white just gave up he did not do anything in his turn and green defeated white giving him the win
Soo basically i sacrificed myself for my ally to win and it worked
