Part 4 - 4th Rifle Season NW Colorado - Found the Right Spot!

It took 2 days but we found where the elk were. It appears the wet weather from the previous week (during 3rd Rifle Season) got the elk moving. We found a ton of tracks, trails, scat and where elk eat on this long ridge. Tracks in the mud showed lots of movement in and out of the scrub oak. Rumor has it a cow was taken the previous evening. No doubt we found the right spot.
