2 Important things I want to quickly add. #1 - When your face is feeling HOT and irritated. Use cold for relief. I read Wim Hoff's books and found that cold therapy is incredible for inflammation. I was filling my sink with cold water and sticking my face right in. It feels great :) #2 - Wear sunscreen. Find one that doesn't have many ingredients And use it!

Since you have stomach problems, it's probably because of that.
It looks like rosacea to me, the background of which is some kind of inflammation in the body.
Rosacea can be a reaction to food and infection in the body. It can be caused by these inflammations in the body, and demodex or fungi causing inflammation on the skin, get the conditions for reproduction.
Something similar happens to me, it is incurable and must be kept under control. Some foods make the condition worse: coffee, alcohol, citrus fruits... And they must be eliminated.
When my face was like yours, I was given antibiotics for rosacea, and metrodinazole cream.
Also azaleic acid can help and a mask of aspirin and water before going to bed without rinsing.
For my face, I use syndete for washing and Bioderma Atoderm cream.
The things you listed are not very good for rosacea.
The face must also be protected from the sun.
My rosacea trigger was vit D deficiency and hormones, and I tested positive for Helicobacter pylori. Although the helico infection has been cured, problems with an inflamed stomach and face are still present.
In Europe, there is a cream that helps with rosacea, it's called Demoderm.

My husband had a similar issue-would get terrible bumps on this face and neck. Doctors told him similar things as what you heard-some type of condition (lupus, etc). He did his own testing over years and found out he has a good allergy. In his case it was soy.

That is REALLY interesting! So things like soy sauce, tofu, edamame? Was he eating that stuff regularly? The creams have worked for me but I feel like I still have an issue underneath the skin that will ultimately come back. I'd like to get to the bottom of it myself. I'll probably do a radical elimination diet at some point but it sure is tough to do!
