Ah, the highly anticipated review cometh! Your collection is pure beauty. Between the white coloring and the brightness in your house, you can really see all the pieces in their full glory. Been on the fence with this one for months, but TBH, I personally just like the 1.0 head sculpt more. I think it just has a more western/mature look to it. Without a doubt though, the 2.0 is more accurate representation of the game. I greatly look forward to Tifa, Aerith, and the rest, and your reviews for those too! Have a good one!

I had this figure in the back of my head for a while. As much as I like Cloud, I couldn’t justify the large price rate for play arts figures. Plus, I was planning on getting just Cloud and Tifa, which both of them have high price tags. Today, I found this guy on Amazon for a surprising amount of $62.99. That is a shockingly low price for a play arts kai figure and it used to cost $154. It is an Amazon choice item and plenty reviews say it’s legit, so I hopped on the train and bought it right then and there. Along with the Figma Makoto Nijjima, I saw this is a good month for my figure collecting. Tifa might be next year, but I’m not sure whether I’ll end up getting the new version or the old version when I order it.

I know this video is super old but I just gotta say, I love your videos and I’m so grateful for your content. However, I wish you just used manual focus with your camera. It absolutely driving me nuts seeing the camera constantly “hunting” for focus. I recently got into cameras and my LUMIX GH5 is not known the the best auto focus but I always use it too. So it’s quite hypocritical for me to tell you what would be better lol this 3 years old so I’m not sure how much more you’ve learned to use the camera or if you’ve gotten yourself an even newer camera with great auto focus (Sony) but just in case your new videos also share this same “hunting” issue. Maybe you could give it a whirl to go into manual focus? Thanks again for all of the great content!
Jesus can't imagine how much money all of those FF7 Figures cost and even all 5 Cloud Figures! 😳😳😳 Also I have 2 questions about how to fit the buster in his hand because I'm scared of forcing mine to break his hand or buster sword? And how do you switch the little peg on his back? I don't know how to take it out. Need help on this Cloud Version 2 tips. 😭😭😭🙏🙏🙏
Try to use screw motion and slowly 'screw' the buster sword through his hand, same thing if u wanna remove it. I've done this multiple times without issue, no need for heating solutions if you are not comfortable with it.
i got the remake first class edition, so i didnt think to pick up cloud 2.0, and i though it would be very similar. but seeing it side to side actually i can see some difference, and for the better, crap hahaha

I have both ver 1 and 2 Ver.1 is the best imo. sure, the buster sword is bigger but the paint on the ver. 2 is just so weak especially on the hair and its a little bit cartoony compared to the ver.1 but i do think the hair "sculpt" of the ver 2. is more accurate. But in terms of look? ver.1 takes the cake with its realistic sculpt and paint. idk Maybe if the ver. 2 had the painting of the ver.1 we coudlve gotten a win. Im glad this time the buster sword was bigger that was one of my complaints back then, like compared to the fusion sword the ver.1 buster sword was puni Lets not even bother with the first class edition. Honestly this feels like a 1.5 then a 2.0 the only difference is the head and the sword a real 2.0 figure wouldve resculpted the figure from scratch like the figma saber.

But yeah either figure is good, if anyone could get a new one get the 2.0 but if you already have the 1.0 just stay with it i dont think you need an upgrade.
My 2.0 Cloud with the Buster Sword just arrived today and it's AMAZING. I wasn't expecting it to feel and look so premium compared to my other PAK (I got Gabranth Dissidia ver. and Aranea) which always felt so fragile. The new Buster Sword does indeed look great with the wear and tear on the edge so I'm happy I went with it over the Hardedge. 😍😤

Advent children cloud would be better if he has an arming sword and a dagger. He’d be using proper historical European martial arts style.

2.0 cloud definitely has the best headsculpt. Good thing I skipped the other remake versions of cloud

The sculpt is much better than ver.1 in my opinion. It’s a pity SE doesn’t make a weapons pack (like with the BA Nier)... would be awesome though

I think the eyes on the first-class edition looks a bit better than the 1st remake cloud

Use a hairdryer or use hot water to soften the fingers bro.
