I just keep on 'chugging' along filming stuff but I find Chuggers unnerving

This video features the Old British Home Stores (BHS) Shop in Middlesbrough and some camera shy 'Save the CEO' chuggers.
The first chugger has got the right idea.
The second chugger gets it completely wrong. He stops Me when I was not filming Him and then goes on to object to Me filming after He stopped Me, WTF is that all about?
Top Tip Mr chugger, If You don't want to be filmed, Don't stop people who are carrying a camera. Also, always ensure your ID card is displayed.

You'd probably get your Chugger head knocked off if you tried that! You hang around the streets trying to impede people from going about their business in private, because you want to make commission. So why shouldn't anyone afford you the same courtesy Chugger Bollocks?

He’s trying to do a job. You don’t have to stop for a fundraiser. He spends his time doing good while getting paid. You roam around clearly with a chip on your shoulder. Defeated object of your filming if you ask me.
