I've heard that retired military men actually request the active military personnel to bring some of those mre packages for them, cuz it's so good.
Yeah we can. It constipates you but I personally just like eating them once in a while.
Very calorie dense, it’s meant for soldiers walking all day or fighting in combat during the day/night. If you eat this while you’re just sitting on a couch watching TV/sitting in front of a computer screen, you definitely would gain weight.
