This is an introduction to the authentic pilates mat workout of Joseph Pilates original method.

In 1978, in I in listed in the U.S. Marine Corps. "Joseph Pilates". He designed the workout routine, four the Marines basic training. I went from 170 lb, to, 205 lb of solid muscle in 4 months. I'm glad to rediscovered Joseph Pilate. I'll check back with you guys in 6 months

This is a very easy video to follow. I have very painful lower back problems and these movements didn’t aggravate my back at all. 👍🏾

hi! I find that (maybe because I have lumbar scoliosis doing abs (crunches) without bending my knees (keeping my legs straight) gives me a back ache. Ever heard of this problem? I never have any back pain if I don't keep my legs straight, this must be the problem.

how do you stay so toned (no fat)?
+Lynsy Stern He's a professional ballet dancer so those kind of people have high metabolisms and are very active so I imagine fat doesn't stay very long in his body. Also, he is black/mixed race and let's face it, they tend to be genetically gifted in terms of building lean muscle and strength.
+Donnie Darko nothing to do with race dance and workout burns fat usually 6 hrs a day😊
