    2 blocks feta cheese 350g
    Ricotta cheese ( leave 2 spoons for end)
    3 eggs
    Place x3 sheets on the bottom of oiled baking tray. Add mixture then x2 sheets, then mixture… continue till you use all mixture and sheets.
    Make sure you leave x3 sheets for top
    Cut pie in squares
    Mix 2 eggs , add 250ml thickened cream, 50ml mineral water, 2 spoons of ricotta and 1 tsp baking powder. Mix well and pour over pie.
    Bake 45min till golden brown
