This is ridiculous. When I enter DOB NOW all they have are the BUILD and SAFETY buttons. The DOB NOW LICENSING button does not exist. Can't understand why they play these games with us. I took an hour and got all of my PDFs ready to upload just to now find out there's no way to file my application online for my welding license.

The interface has changed, and is very difficult. I created the DOB Now account since I don't have a license, but it doesnt even let me log in? It keeps saying my account is not registered but I activated from the link sent to my email. It redirects me to the 'new' page and when I try to log in, it says the same thing. I have been trying for two days and am going to try to reach out to customer service. I even have the pdf step by step guide for help. Should it be this difficult?? WOW!!!!
if i made an id already but didn't upload my lic, how would i upload my welding lic now? because all I'm seeing is file for a new lic and i don't need that all I'm just looking to do is renew?

I'm in the same boat today.....no way to find or upload anything to their stupid website and I'm pretty good at finding things otherwise.
