Great first part. You asked alot of great questions and got some good insight into some things people never knew. Good job brother look foward to the rest of your time on this interview.
This hits home for me. When I was 13, we took a family trip from LA to San Diego. It was 1983 and when we stopped for gas, a group of bikers ripped into the parking lot. They were indeed Mongols, I definitely remember that fact. I couldn't help but stare at their bikes, tattoos and patches. I got a little closer to them when a guy looked at me and asked if I had a light. (for his cigarette) I replied "no sir" He said "Good, smoking's bad for you." Yeah, it's a trivial thing to post in the comments here, but that encounter is what got me into Harley's. Hell, maybe it was Scott who I had the encounter with, you never know.
I had a very similar impression left on me by a group of HA’s. Mid 80’s my recently divorced mother thought that it would be a good idea to get out of Orange County and take my two sisters and I river rafting. So, she decided that the Kings River just outside of Fresno, California would fit the bill perfectly. Not exactly far from multiple HA chapters. I learned on this trip that two things that the Angels love to do are drink beer and show oft their women. I still remember that every time we would raft bye the women would bare all to us; quite mesmerizing for me being just an adolescent boy. These are the things that tend to stick with you, your entire life!
When we were 15 we were trying to figure out how we could by beer. We had 20 bucks and were wandering around a strip mall looking for someone who looked cool. Just then 2 Pagans pulled up to the beer store on their bikes to go inside. My friend said ask them theyll do it. I said no way dude those guys will fuck us up for asking! My friend said fuck it and asked them. They start laughing and said what you boys want. We got a case of natty ice for like 16 bucks and they kept the change lol. We werent gonna ask for it back. This was in northern nj
Cool story man. I have one way or another always had friends or friends family in clubs like devil's disciples (the east coast version) and pagans etc. They're always respectful until disrespected.
The Mongols took my brother in as family. He was just 19, 20 was in prison his celly was a chapter president in for life. He taught my brother how to act and carry himself. My brother had no family out in the diago area. He had no I1. His celly would have his people come visit my brother on visit days. Much respect to the Mongols
It really says allot about this man’s standing that he’s still a member and gets to tell his story like this! He’s gotta be mega respected amongst the meanest of the mean! He’s gotta own every room he walks into!
I'm very taking back by how well spoken & intelligent this man is You can tell he's a born leader. Great documentary Sose! Looking forward to the next episode.
I first met Jr. working in a small rental company in vista, Ca during the early 90's. He was a welder doing piece work repairing machiines. I had an old shovelhead chopper with Dago stickers on the oil bag. I had no idea who he was. He struck up a convo and he found out I knew a bunch of HA and no Mongols. Then he showed me his permanent colors. I thought, shit, here we go. Turns out he is a hell of a man. We got along just fine. Glad to hear he is doing fine.
@@DemonsRow your videos have progressed to a professional quality. I remember when you were talking to us while standing outside in the cold. “My name’s Chopper Sosa, I’ll be your host for da evening” I had a different channel then, called Dissident Aggressor.
Great video Sose! It's interesting to hear both sides of the clubs stories. You're going to be thee main channel for MC related stuff no doubt, especially with these interviews.
This Guy really reminds me of my friend that passed away in 2014, he had been a Sergeant at arms in the Pagans. and moved out west as the heat was on and everyone was going to prison, he was the coolest mast stand up dude I ever knew. He died going down a landslide at the coast, what a way to go when he had such a crazy life prior to that.
I can hear Scott talk all day. Great interview Sose! You delivered as promised and expected especially for a guest at this magnitude. Peace n blessings.
Great episode! Being from San Diego and knowing the areas he is talking about makes this even more interesting to me. I know guys connected to both clubs but I never talk about their business. Can't wait for the next episode.
My grandfather use to ride with the mongols with the San Jose chapter . They would go sturgis every year. He stopped riding sometime in his 50s due to health issues. When he moved closer to where I was at, he had a shed with a handful of harleys. I asked him “can I have one of those bikes when I’m older to ride” he tells me “yeah of course”. He passed away at 63/64 and his wife sold all of his bikes. I was really upset but because of that I’ll always dream of riding a Harley to Sturgis one day
I could listen to life stories like these from guys such as Scott JR for hours on end, so much more interesting to hear than the garbage that’s beamed into our homes by the MSM.
As someone who grew up with a dad in an outlaw MC I never really thought much about until I saw a Sose video. His videos help to make sense of a lot of things that I just didn't understand. I always knew how close the club was and that it was a serious part of his life but not until seeing these videos and then asking my dad questions did I really understand.

Not to take away from the hard work of other videos because without those you wouldn’t have made this one. But this video has stamped you all around the board. Respect. Keep this going.
When I was a young Marine stationed in San Diego, we used to drink at a crazy bar in Riverside. It was a college bar on the weekends, but during the week days it was always Bikers and their Prospects from one of the clubs mentioned here. The bikers were always cool with us Marines, they seemed to get a kick out of our Division symbol (the 1st Div Diamond) and always joked about us being a bike away from being one of them. Anyway dudes always covered our asses when we got into stupid bar brawls, were always pretty cool with us, buy us rounds and make sure their prospects didn’t start anything with any of us. But I defiantly always got the feeling the prospects were always waiting for the other shoe to drop, like they didn’t know if they were about to get a beer or get their asses kicked for no reason. Never saw that happen mind you, just a vibe I got around them. And no, none of the bikers ever asked us to join their club. We were cool with em, but we were Marines, we already had brotherhood and I think a lot of the bikers we met there liked that about us. They saw something similar in us but knew we weren’t the same as them.
As a kid in the 80's growing up in the Phoenix area, I only knew what was portrayed in the news. Very cool you have earned the respect of these men to tell you their stories.
