Nice one Paul ! As always clear and concise. Will give it a shot. Keep practising talking in that position. If anyone can its you 😂❤
Thanks!
good one, paul. i hadn't thought of toes down head up hold. i'll have to try that.
Nice! I used to be able to hold this for 30 seconds or so but seem to have lost it. It feels like I lack tricep strength tbf. I need to just go that little bit further forward to get the balance point. Thanks for the tips!
Yeah play with the position to find the sweet spot
@@PaulTwyman Thanks man, will do! I like the tip about putting the head on the ground too. I was always scared of doing that! 😂
Круто
thanks!
I'm about 1,89M and look like a hunchback every time I try an elbow lever......
Been to the gym for almost 14 year now, doing weighted chin ups and dips as part of my shoulder routine and tricep training. Also just when I feel like it.
Strenght is not the issue in any case. But i can't get that form right i think.
Try raising the hands up much more on a box to allow you body to hang over the edges. Also video from the side and self assess the position
@@PaulTwyman I'll try that thanks!
how do you train calves though?
Nothing direct, by product of pistol squats, dead lift and lower body mobility drills
