Love secrets resorts and they are always amazing. But a bad beach is a deal breaker for me.
Loved the Moxche, luxury at it's best ! try the impression next time :) or better, the Impression Isla mujeres !

Check out the view and the scallops….hahahah brilliant. My wife and were on the fence between Mochxe and Xcaret Arte. We chose Arte the last trip but will definitely check out Mochxe on the next. Good review.

T-minus 42 days!! Great video!! Love Secrets resorts!! We were at the Secrets Akumal four years ago and it was AWESOME! Looking forward for the Moxche’. Question? I looked online menu and it has a USD PRICES for meat🤔At the steakhouse, do you have to pay additional for THE BEEF??? Thanks!👍

All I hear is insane definitely going there. I have been to other secrets and it was luxury. Not trying other hotels except if its impressions or secrets.

Only a couple have dress codes in this place is cool about it! I cannot say the same for excellence.
I’m planning on going and the only room available for my points is the double .
I see you mentioned you moved the beds together…

Nice review! How was the pool temperature and when did you go? There has been many comments about the pools being cold.
In the time we went it was august, so the weather was Hot! The main pool was like 78F and the party pool was the coolest maybe like 70F. But they were not super cold at all! Perfect temperature!

Compared to a beach that is a 10 it’s a 5 but hey it’s still a beach! And I love water so any beach is awesome for me

Hey, that’s a great question no actually we buy collapsible poles on Amazon and I can give you tips on what kind of bait to bring what kind of line to use and what kind of class will pull to get on Amazon that works best if you want
Thank you for this...we'll be there in a few weeks and this super helpful. Was there anything specific you needed to say or do regarding getting permission to use the drone? My hubby has one and wants to bring it but everything I read says absolutely no drones allowed.
Yes I had to get permission from the Front desk it's a written slip you need to carry with you they will ask for it

Hi what month did you visit this hotel? I know summer time, the beaches are not the greatest just wondering if that’s when you went… or is it bad all year long 😞
It’s still the ocean so it’s never bad.. but this beach is never the prettiest beach on earth

They have a party pool during the day near the beach
Did you use stay Preferred Club or did you book regular? If you did regular was the difference worth the difference in price?
So when I went there was not the extra part built, that would be the higher end side I haven’t been to that side yet.. I booked through Expedia. The difference is room size and proximity to the ocean as well as it’s own restaurants and premium alcohol
Hi, thanks for the videos! We are debating between this resort, Maroma and Excellence... is there anything going on after dinner or is it pretty dead? Also we only have 3 nights because we are staying 3 nights on Isla Mujeres. I watched your Royalton Chic video and decided against it.

No nightlife really, I’d stay in the hotel zone for that Forsure

are the buffets open for breakfast lunch and dinner ? not really in to the gourmet looking food so would probably just eat at the buffets so would like to know more about it

It's not really that GREAT and very, very overpriced; after not even one year, you can see a lots of wear and tear!

I went in august of 2022 just depends on what you like to do! If you like the ocean and beach I have some favorites if you like fishing I have some or adventure just depends what you are into
