I haven't watched this for ages with no longer having Discovery channel. Parker's late Grandfather has definitely been looking down on his Grandson since he passed away. Who would have thought that young lad could go so far in life in the harvesting of gold?
@@josephsaeteurn9158 It's the kind of business you need to spend money to make money. I think he's probably making decent amount, his net worth is 15 million and he gets $100.000 per episode.
@@josephsaeteurn9158I was thinking the same thing. Over $1 million. Unless it’s many million more, how much money could an operation this large be making…. Unless it’s all for the TV show money… maybe that’s where the real profit is
Parker is a spitting image of his grandfather and he's having the same great dream his grandfather had. Im glad Parker is keeping his family gold mining going. I hope is grandfather RIP.
It took me a while to realize that 'Australia Creek' was actually in the Klondike, and not in Australia. I was thinking, "Damn, they really shipped those massive wash plants all the way to Australia!".
I've been watching this show for years and this is the fist time I've seen any one of them on virgin ground, where there are still nuggets. Good stuff Parker.
Its actually illegal for foreigners to mine gold in Australia under our constitution, DISCOVERY CHANNEL could be taken to court over there minning in Australia If a minning inspector or a citizen of an Australian state, or the minerals council makes a complaint about foreign nationals Minning in their state You may be fined You may have mine closed down Or you may be jailed Foreign minning of gold is illegal under the Australian constitution and Minning license granted by state an federal government are illegal Under constitutional law If the law on this is enforced your illegal activities in Australia we be shut down
I know it's not all for the show because other people have came and gone off the show and Parker's the only one that's actually made anything out of Gold Rush from a young age to a young man now he's done it all well done Parker

That's about 30.86 pounds (14.00 kilograms). An average South African mine produces about 595.24 pounds or 270 kilograms PER DAY. So, a pitifully small amount of gold, unless you're a gullible Discovery Channel viewer. 🤣🤣🤣
the largest producing mine is in the US and it produces ~1200 pounds a day. AngloAmerican is the largest gold mining company in SA, but they only produce 1200 pounds a day between all their mines... in 47 countries, lol. Also, they report this weight as "PGM", which is made up of many metals, such as platinum, so gold is only a portion of it. Also, this is the largest company, so average across all SA mines is wayyyy lower. Get a clue.
@thems_the_brakes That wasn't my fucking point, dude. Learn some comprehension skills. Let me spell it out for you, since you're obviously slow: it is stupid to get excited about a find that will only produce a tiny fraction of the amount of gold ANY commercial mine produces in a day, be it in the US, Timbuktu, or SA. And it will be even less once all their costs are taken into account. They'll probably earn more money from Discovery than from gold.
Yeah I’m glad that these young people are going after their American dreams, keep going the skies are the limit hopefully you guys find a lots of gold, before these woke idiots come after you guys about something that relates to climate change
never understood the hype with this kid. He was left millions in cash, millions in equipment & tools, millions in claims & property et cetera. I don’t have any hate towards him I’m just stating the fact that his grandfather & family set him up for success & by no means is he some prodigy or professional who neither earned nor deserves any credit for anything. When you’re fed with a platinum spoon since a child then handed innumerable golden tickets as a teen don’t pretend you’re some sort of successful adult.
@Jeff-cn1im what do you mean? That’s all fact not opinion or personal view! Lmao literally anyone could have done & still be doing what he is if they also got a free ride to the top!
