But this money has to come from somewhere. He has to pay the salary for some employees, he has a lot of heavy mashinery which needs a lot of Diesel and spare parts and so on. And he has to earn all this money in only 4 month of mining.

Panic attacks are almost impossible to predict. sure if you believe you can't handle a job, don't do it. but you can't fault them for something beyond their control. besides, in this clip, it seemed like they were ready and willing to get back to work afterwards

That's not a panic attack. A panic attack makes you feel like your heart is skipping and you get an adrenaline hit like when you do something super sketchy or almost get in a car accident. I was having them non-stop for hours before I went to the ER to see if I had arrythmia or something.
