    Couple months ago, my dad who is 81 was in the hospital for 2 weeks. He was having trouble standing up, all kinds of tests, the doctors couldn't figure what was wrong. We came to find out it was calcification of the arteries. I knew K2 D3 was probably deficient. He was sent home, and I put him on some D3 K2 and omega 3 supplements. He has gone from barley being able to stand, to walking 3 1/2 miles a day in less than a month.

      @@BCSTS The Hospital Did diagnose him after almost two weeks and many tests. I leaned about supplements or deficiencies from Dr. Berg and others on youtube. .
      Not many doctors will tell you about supplements, and are only focused on prescription drugs. I leaned this during COVID where I was suffering from pneumonia, My pulmonary specialists said my lungs were needing to be drained, which I really didn't want to happen. I discovered YT videos that people were taking N-Acetyl Cysteine,D3, ZINC,and Quercetin to combat pneumonia so I started talking that combo. My appointment date was maybe a week and half away & when I showed up my lungs were totally cleared up. I said to the pulmonary specialist, It was the NAC and other supplements, His response was I can not talk about that. My mouth dropped and knew it was all about pushing big pharma. So many people were using NAC that Amazon actually banned it for awhile as did many other retailers.
      I know not to look for cures from doctor when it comes to deficiencies. & yes they sent my dad home after diagnosing him, sorry for the confusion

    At age 76 now I have increased my Vitamin K2 to 2 daily doses - 100 mcg together with 10,000 IU of Vitamin D3 for lunch, 300 mcg of Vitamin K2 together with another 10,000 IU of Vitamin D3 for dinner because I suspect that more K2, like D3, may be therapeutically used in future & K2 has no known toxic level. So far no side effects, after 2 months. I will reduce the dosage if so. Thanks. Melville Jayathissa from sunny Malaysia. Cheers!

      You have the best of food sources where you live. I might be immigrating over there in a few years, if we're still around. Try the Japanese fermented bean dish component supplement. Clears up arterial build up plaque. 12000 Fu daily. Concluded by a large scale trial that ended December last year. Can't mention specifics, according yt rules. The c. bug is coagulation related in a major way. Cloths closing off airway parts. Causing all kinds of health issues. The supplement dissolves cloths better than regular meds, without any complications. Even at halve the dosage.

    Good morning Dr.'s I was wondering about the microplastic partials that we drink everyday. The water has thousands of nanoplastic that puts holes in our vascular walls and allows Oxidated LDL to enter. What can we do about this?

    • @DrTomBiernacki
      @DrTomBiernacki  9 месяцев назад +2

      The only solution is to use water from a safe source or filtered water. However, analyses indicated that more and more water sources are contaminated with microplastics. On top of more and more fish, farm animals using water contaminated with microplastics produce neat that as well is also contaminated with microplastics. Only long-term environmental protection can solve this problem.

    Regarding freezing natto, well, I get it from the frozen foods section, and the instructions on the package even says "keep frozen" so i don't know how the "don't freeze" warning came about.
    As for eating it, you don't have to eat it plain. The most common way to eat it in Japan is to mix it with a raw egg and if you want, over some hot rice. It makes for a good breakfast.
    I mix it with my scrambled eggs (cooked with butter). You can experiment and come up with ways to eat it with other foods so that it doesn't taste gross. Anyway, it does come with condiments such as sweet mustard and soy sauce to help make it more palatable.

      My husband’s cardiologist shifted him from Xeralto to Eliquis and he doesn’t have excess bleeding issues with a cut and no hematoma issues either. Much better quality clinical data for Eliquis (better overall survival = gold standard) vs Xeralto.

      Any imbalance in calcium or any other macro or microelement has negative consequences. Any disease, stress, insufficient sleep, being overweight, and many other factors may cause imbalance and develop into serious problems over time. So try to take care of your body everyday!
