Glad to see others still enjoying Starfield after the hype/criticism died down. Game is super solid and can be one of the best bethesda games after more updates and dlcs

Since day 1 till tonight, I've loved every minute of Starfield! I've read the haters to try and learn wtf? It's all mumbo jumbo as far as I'm concerned. I go for fun and play-ability. Starfield has all that and a lot more!

I now have over 400 hours in Starfield and have really enjoyed the game. I don't think it gets anywhere near enough praise for the amazing work they have done in creating believable and exotic alien worlds - the visuals are truly stunning from an artistic point of view. That alone makes exploring worth while. The flora, fauna and POI's only add to the experience and gameplay. It's clear that a huge amount of work has gone into creating the Starfield experience and Bethesda deserve to have that acknowledged.
Although the game has it's faults (hate the obvious, jarring and totally unnecessary DEI additions - thanks for nothing, SBI) I for one will continue playing and am looking forward to where BGS will take the game in the future.

For your high level series I'd recommend Bohr II. The mountain biome has only peaceful creatures and is a good place for setting up adhesive manufacturing for crafting weapon mods. It has breathable atmosphere, mild weather and is somewhat earthlike looking. In addition, you get some interesting POIs and a variety of ships land. Gravity is around 0.6 something.

Do you find exploring random points on planets to be a fun experience? I'm still on the fence about it... When I first started the game, it was a huge let down. Now that I'm replaying the game, I am finding more interesting things while exploring, and killing creatures is probably the fastest way to earn EXP. What do you like about it personally?

So, I do find exploring the points of interest fun but it is rather different from prior BGS titles. The main difference is that I can pick the scenery I explore those POIs in. I believe that there is between 50-60 hostile POIs and many of them were designed with the intent of replaying. Also, a lot of the POIs in the procedural generation don't show up in the main quest and can only be found through exploration.

@@Starfield_Eclipse Definitely gonna be doing a lot more exploration this week. Thanks for covering this topic so much, it opened my eyes to the potential of this game!
