Alex you had a different 2002-10 then I did. Even though the Camaro went away a bunch of other cars came in its place. The 300/Magnum, Charger Debut, the first run of the SRT8s with the Jeep SRT8 particularly being a standout until the Challenger came. The SRT10 came but the Jeep SRT8 is what was embarrassing things on the N.A. stockish side on the street.
GM debuted the CTSV, STSV, XLR, XLRV, SSr, C6, C6Z06, C6ZR1, Trailblazer SS. All 5.3 FWD Monte Carlo Bonneville Grandprix, and the rest of the front wheel drive lineup.
Ford with the debut of the Terminator came with the Lightning, Crown Victoria Sport, Mercury Marauder, Mach 1 and the Saleen/Roush and other variants. The 2005 Mustang debuted followed by the Gt500 in the 2007. There were Saleen and Roush variants and I think something called an Explorer Sport Trac came out.
The S197 and GT500 were marked up when debuted and were unobtainable for a lot of people and older stuff was still viable. Especially when it came out that a 3v, 2v, 4v, 302, 351, had similar power limits on the stock bottom ends. The forums, magazines, etc. parts pushers clouded the performance paths back then because the goal was to push a stroker/HCI Boosted combo back then. The people who went fast for less didn’t give details.

Not trying to defend cuckcake racing, actually genuinely curious: how does the maf see 2.20 air load when the wastegate on that torque booster is before the maf? Can anyone explain that please? I understand the IAT rise due to over spinning the blower, but the maf seeing increased air load when the boost is bled off pre maf is confusing. Again, actually genuinely want it explained cause obviously I’m missing something.
It could be the spring not opening up fully wasting all of the Boost. Tuners see all the data. Salesman never see data

Saw some idiot claiming 958HP on his DH on 93, and he was calling out all the "haters". I'm like, no, these "haters" are people who know what the fuck they're talking about. Whatever dyno he was on was calibrated incorrectly and was probably way off and on Standard corrected. Probably just another clout chaser.
