I love those guys! It’s usually the guy in his lifted, ford, raptor or something like that. He pulls up next to me at the stoplight and starts revving that engine! I look over and he’s trying to act like he’s NOT being that guy? Then the light changes and he romps it!! Then I just give it half throttle, change gears, and blow by him like he’s on a scooter! On my STOCK ‘21 FXLRS. Imagine if I put a cam in it?? Yikes!
Like what you’ve done to the bike. Been watching you since you had the Slim. Just put a moto bars on my Road King Special. Day and night difference so much more nimble.
Awesome man! Yeah the factory ergos are a little wierd so if u r trying to get an idea of what it'd be like with taller bars, the lowrider S seems to be very similar with mid rise bars, or the street bob with its taller bars.
Cool video. Absolutely love your bike. Any plans on more up grades. So glad you switched out exhaust. Not sure what Harley was thinking of the stock one.
Thanks Dave! I have a part I designed being developed by Dean Speed right now. I dont want to give away too much but stay tuned for that install and review. Aesthetically I might dismount the spring from the rear shock and get it coated white. I suppose a 1" lift in the rear would be aesthetic as well. As for performance, I think suspension and brakes are the next smart move.
Hey Travis. Those r 8" Dean Speed Customs Switchbacks. Thats about as tall as you can go on the factory fat bob cables and wires. What bike r u riding?
Hey Jason, I thought they were a great improvement. They definitely come back toward the rider more, allowing me to sit a little more upright, and the total width is much more reasonable. I did have mid controls tho, so that plays a small part in ergonomics

Hey Bud, Before I order those bars…honest opinion how much more comfortable are they compared to the stock bars?
