  • In this video I discuss three types of vibrato. But I focus on lip vibrato. Then I discuss lip trills, and the way lip vibrato and lip trills work together (no kidding!). Much of this advice would apply to trumpet, cornet, French horn, trombone, euphonium, and tuba.

    funny this instrument is one of the most unknown in the brass family. even writing "Euphonium" in text the computer think its a mistype and want to correct it. hahahah!

      Which is a shame, because it produces such a gorgeous, deep tone. A tone that, in my opinion, belongs in an orchestra of all kinds.

      @@bobcat24 i never heard one in person, but it looks to be very good indoors. the low sound would bounce on ceillings and wall and it will be perfect for chamber music? i think is the name.
