It says "EASY" in the title but this is as easy as it can get if you wanna play a fast song like Idol. If u wanna make it even easier, I recommend only playing the parts of the left. For the parts on the right, use your voice instead.
To remove all parts except bass and vocals is easy for the arranger, but, alas, not for the performer. Here, for example, we are left with very difficult places in the right hand where several notes are played at once in a fraction of a second. Conscientious arrangers, on the other hand, rework the original work for a lighter format. They slow down the tempo, rearrange difficult passages, and reharmonize parts of the piece for easier performance. Plus customize the arrangement to the right instrument. Because you don't play the piano like that in the video.
Just make it slower.
