      I'm so glad you find these relaxation videos helpful! I'm making a bunch of shorter ones (15 minutes each) that will have less of a time commitment which may be a little easier to practice regularly and I'll also upload a Savasana video if you just need the final relaxation... Savasana is my favorite!

      @@TheFlowerEmpowered Awesome! Honestly the vid length isn't the issue so much as I've just been a little slack this year. 😅
      I used to do them first thing in the morning and it set me up right for the day.
      Although the 15min vids sound great also, because i have on occasion snuck a quick sesh in on my lunch break at work when i needed a minute to breathe and let go. 😅
      Anyway, you and your vids are amazing, looking forward to whatever's next! 😊💖

    Hi! Your videos are very helpful. Been suffering from rectal pain for almost 2yrs. Gone through diff specialists. Till i came across levator ani. My symptoms are very similar with it. Urogyne confirmed i have levator ani. She said my pelvic floor muscles are very tight. Would you tell me which of these videos are most helpful to relax my pelvic floor muscles?       Sorry to hear you’ve been suffering from pelvic pain. For pelvic floor relaxation, I would recommend a variation of pelvic floor relaxation exercises plus yoga nidra body scanning meditation. You can find those at the link below:

    Just found your videos and love them ❤️ I have painful Pelvic muscles pain and my dortor told me to do stretches to relax the muscles and found your videos. But I was wondering how long dose it normally take for the pelvic to be normal again? 🌺

      With pelvic floor pain, it’s hard to say how quickly you will feel relief. Doing a pelvic floor relaxation session will usually give immediate relief but your pelvic floor may tighten up again within hours or days. I usually recommend daily relaxation to start, then three days per week, then once per week once the pain has completely subsided. Your doctor can tell you what is best in your specific.     Thanks for this video! Only I’m not that flexible for the workout on 18 minutes, against the wall? Do you have an easier midway for the less flexible people?🙈 I really can’t do it unfortunately!

      Did you try one of the two gentler alternatives shown in the video before the pose timer started? The strap around the legs provides most support. The other option is to do the restorative version of legs up the wall that is shown here: ruclips.net/video/s7TsKMtPLnI/видео.html

    What will help to release muscles around the urethra? I be had pelvic floor dysfunction for a year I got most of the tension and pain to go away but I can’t get the tension to go away by my urethra!!!

      There’s a whole playlist of pelvic floor relaxation exercises on the channel. You should try a few different videos and see which specific exercises work best, then practice those regularly
