Hi. With a dodgy knee would the Straddle Stretch from your 12 minute video from 2 weeks ago be a suitable alternative for the Hamstring stretches in this video ?
Yes! A straddle version would work great. If you choose straddle option, you can place a blanket under both knees. It's also ok to do the stretch without a blanket, but the blanket makes it a little gentler (gummy bear rather than grisly bear) 😊
Thanks for the video. I have hypertonicity in my pelvic floor (urine flow issues, even passing wind is a struggle). Which single exercise would you say is the best to help please? If I had to choose just one to do everyday.
That’s really hard to say as it very much depends on what is causing the issue and on the specific lines of tension within your body. Have you had an assessment with a pelvic floor physiotherapist? Did they give you any input as to the underlying cause?
hello i am 18 years old and suffer from vaginismus, i have been in a relationship for 3 years and it's bothering me a lot, i hope these exercises will help, but i still have a question how often should i do the exercises to see results ? and are only the exercises enough or should you do something else?

Can you do more videos without props like your last one? I don’t own and can’t purchase anything other than the yoga mat I already have and I’d love to learn how to do these stretches and things without any equipment :)
I actually loved the use of a bloster… felt I could relax better as I was supported. I also loved the count down and time of this video- very doable
