NIMZ, Zaheerabad was announced in 2013 and it has been 10 years until now. How many industries have come so far and how many jobs have been created? I think more real estate ventures have come up than industries. Manytimes, we over estimate the future potential of an area. Just my 2 cents.
This is not factually correct. Final approval for NIMZ - Zaheerabad was granted only in 2016. And Environmental Clearance from MoEFCC was granted only in 2022.

Looking at My Home group recent projects and respective location, it Seems It'll take another 10years for project to start. I also have invested near Ameerpet. But not sure if My Home group has any land really in that area or it's just a rumour.
It will take time before they can launch. Even after launching it will take around 10 years for some actual economic activity to start. Irrespective of My Home project Ameerpet is a great location. It will become residential very soon.
Near mehtab khan guda, towards nawabpet, plots are being priced 17-18k per sq yard, is it high value or right value as per market? ( 2months back they quoted 15k)

High price ,no use
That’s super expensive. Highly overpriced for that area. Invest below 12,000. Look for resale plots if you can’t find any new ventures in that range.
