I was just doing the same exact thing, listening while I was cooking and washing the dishes. Such a perfect thing for that.
I just love that it is a normal human voice instead of robot that's really what makes it for me.
The methanol story remains me of a short story I had to read in high school. It was based in the Yukon. The local shop keeper always complained about the teamster that brought the freight to their frontier town. The kegs of alcohol were always light. This teamster was also illiterate. The next delivery was overdue for almost a week and the snow was falling and the town was low on goods. A search team was sent out and a camp with the wagon and team was found. The teamster was found lifeless without a mark on his body. When the wagon got brought into town and the story told of the dead teamster. This shopkeeper looked through the shipment and was ecstatic that the wood alcohol (methanol) that he ordered had come through since he got a great deal on it. The search leader seeing the xxx markings on the barrel and knowing that the teamster was illiterate, just shook his head. This teamster recognized the xxx symbol but was unable to read the shipment manifest. He used to sneak a drink from the previous kegs of whiskey by biting a little hole then stuffing it with wood chips. He had done the same with this keg and it was his last drink ever.
God that story was always great, would you happen to know the name of it? You're the first person in years that I've seen that knows that story lol

the restaurant story, id hope they would, it sounds like the corporation was illegally being handled and they were turning a blind eye to the actions. there needed to be a federal investigation into the whole infrastructure of the company
That second story showed a great boss in a new company and a nuked bridge that was nuked twice.
1:32:30 I don't think this was a murder. The "brother" made a threat to OP so it could be argued that OP was acting in self-defence. Second a brain of a depressed person can snap in strange ways when confronted with this type of stress and in the case of OP it could trigger a "destroy or be destroyed" low level survival reflex that caused him to kill his brother without thinking.

At the time, my new boss had called and informed my old boss that she knew she was a liar and if I was so bad, she wouldn't be so angry that I left. She also informed her the things she was saying were illegal. I was so happy my new boss was intelligent and didn't care if she pissed people off. Lol

Dude the methanol story is great, the home owner isn’t liable, don’t break in and steal shit. Just like if someone breaks in to your house and you arrange a meeting between them and god, they shouldn’t have broke in and they’d be alive
i say a lawyer go over a similar story to the methanol vodka, and if I remember correctly the law sees it as if the people did not break in and steal the property they would be alive so the fault lies with the people breaking in. So i think yes he would have gotten away with it. The trick I think lies in can the wrong person be affected by this or would it be the person breaking in specifically?
I would have reported that paralegal to their superior the first time he spoke about such.
Some of these are satisfying sure, but the us legal system never sees it through. How are you supposed to pay a 100 grand lawsuit if you’re in jail for 12 years and can’t work? Makes zero sense

If you're that person that reports someone for starting their bike and letting it warm up, that is actually a real thing. Whenever you start your car, you're supposed to allow it to rev down and not be in such of a high RPM. Same goes for bikes. If you don't do this, you can actually hurt your bike or your car. You do this for 20 years and your car is going to break just simply because you do this s*** if you don't allow your car to warm up or anything and you just take off your car is going to end up breaking sooner or later and calling the cops on them isn't legal either because a motorcycle are loud and they're allowed to be loud. Ed, this is a compilation of the best stories that I've used before put into a longer video, people like it so they can just put it on and not have to select the next video. I label the stories on the normal videos which use entirely new stories every time.
I love these stories but I just can’t listen to this narration any more. The narrator pronounces “str” as “sHtr.” Even on words like “extra,” he says, “exsHtra.” I just can’t focus on the story!

The 2nd story has a word, that allot of people misprounce and that word. That word is vehemently! They often pronounce it, ve-hem-ently, when it should it should be pronounced like vehic-le, as in vehement-ly 2 syllables not 3.
These mispronounciations come from a lack of being educated in the proper use of the English language, which is glaringly absent from the primary education of our children in America today.
