I think that if all alcos and emd get retrofitted into hydrogen fueled driven locomotive then it will be a better option rather reducing the usage of it. Dependency on 100% electrification is not feasible.

Knowing the problems with runnning the single-cab EMD's LH forward, why did Indian Railways not go in for dual cabs for WDG6?
