White Pizza

As I mentioned in the video, any pizza that does not have a tomato sauce used on it is considered to be a “white pizza”. This particular pizza includes artichoke hearts, oven roasted/dried tomatoes and calamata olives. You can certainly choose to use fresh mozzarella or dried mozzarella on this type of pizza, although many cooks don’t add any cheese at all.

You'll notice that right before I pushed the mushrooms aside I warned you against overloading the pizza with ingredients lol. They're an option for you now. As i was putting the ingredients on it felt like the olives, artichokes, green peppers and roasted tomatoes were enough.
But, I'm glad to see that you're on your toes !! lol
