    Very Nice
Hasbro to needed to design that canopy with adjustable air vents to make the occupants more comfortable
    😉
You did a great job on it
Future Floor Polish, now called Pledge Floor Gloss, made by SC Johnson, is a great product to restore and protect clear plastics as well.
I air brush thin coats of it onto clear plastics for my aircraft, and they look amazing
Like in your video, I first prep them with wet sanding as needed, then polishing, then thoroughly clean from any contaminants…then airbrush slightly thinned down 2-3 coats of the Pledge Floor Gloss
    Finished product turns out beautifully

Nice work. Could you use an orbital sander to do this?

If you can get the fine grit it could work, there are polishing bonnets that can be put on as well. My fear is having it accidentally put in swirls that I can't get out, and then working on the tricky interior corners I prefer to work by hand.

Excellent video. Question - Will this process service plastic shields that might have yellowed over time or is that something even fixable?

Yellowing of clear plastics is still something I haven't found a "fix" for yet. I experimented in a newer episode with a gel peroxide formula I developed on some clear plastic but couldn't tell any dramatic improvement. The clear plastic I experimented on was very thick, and had a lot of plasticizer in it (flexible). You can check it out here and see what you think: ruclips.net/video/brbL-mYUjZs/видео.html
      Thanks for watching!

Great video and restoration tip, this was probably the nicest and visually appealing set the adventure team had the box was huge and the graphics of the adventure team sets were second to none just mesmerizing, never got the set as a kid but snatched a boxed complete set on eBay awhile ago, still haven't attempted to restore it but this video gave me incentive lol I think the biggest challenge would be is to get that light and radar dish operational. Keep the great videos coming

I have a dome which is fogged -- in fact, it's very brown and near opaque ... but only on the "passenger" side -- any remedy for that?

I’m wondering how this would work on space capsule wind shields ! There are a lot of damaged ones out there !

Should be pretty much the same. The one I have is scuffed on the inside, if I could figure out a way to safely remove it and work on that I would for sure! Thanks for checking out this episode
