I just got the accentums today and for the price tag, i really thought the sound quality would blow my skullcandys away. But they sound kinda flat honestly and im a bit disappointed. I wanted anc buds for work and that mode does seem to function really well. Is that the main point of these buds in your opinion? Im just trying to decide if i should send them back for something else or if most anc buds for the price will be about the same sound wise. Thanks

Did you EQ your sennheiser? They will sound flat/neutral out the box.
Skullcandy has more “bass” signature so maybe adjust that on your pair.
For $200 they’re not bad buds.

@Fredo.heavyy I downloaded the sennheiser app and did the firmware update. Then I adjusted the eq thru the app as well. Maybe my hearing is just getting bad haha. I was going to get the status 3anc buds and then switched to the accentum last minute
